You know that the hardest part of delivering IP is not the RTL or the characterization, it is aligning three time zones, two customer stakeholders who want different things, and a release schedule that was aggressive before someone added another tape out dependency.You have been the person customers call when something is off track. Not because you have all the answers, but because you ask the right questions, escalate what matters, and keep your team focused on what will actually move the needle. At Synopsys, you will work with some of the most complex IP in the industry, and the programs you run will directly enable customer tape outs that matter.What You'll Be DoingServe as the primary point of contact for customers throughout IP program delivery, from kickoff through post-silicon supportOwn statement of work (SOW), program schedules, milestones, and deliverables across analog IP, digital IP, and SoC integration effortsCoordinate cross-functional global teams including design, verification, applications, and salesIdentify technical, resource, and schedule risks early and drive mitigation plansReport program health and blockers to internal leadership and customers in a way that drives actionThe Impact You Will HaveAccelerate customer product launches by keeping IP delivery on schedule and reducing integration frictionReduce delivery risk across high-stakes programs where timing, quality, and customer trust are non-negotiableStrengthen Synopsys' reputation as a reliable IP partner by consistently delivering what was promisedDrive broader adoption of Synopsys IP by ensuring customers have a smooth experienceShape program management standards across the IP organizationWhat You'll NeedBSEE or equivalent, with 8+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
