Employment Type: Full Time

Annual Compensation: $185,000 – $250,000 per year

What You’ll Do

  • Enforce pipeline discipline by ensuring accurate deal stages, forecasting inputs, and data integrity across opportunities.
  • Run the operating rhythm for the revenue organization, including pipeline reviews, forecasting cycles, and reporting cadences.

  • Experience in SaaS, industrial technology, or a similar industry is preferred.
  • Proven ability to maintain data integrity and enforce process discipline across teams.
  • Experience owning pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience enforcing operational discipline across commercial teams.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving environments and building structure where it does not yet exist.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to identify and resolve breakdowns across tools and processes.
  • Experience using AI tools to automate workflows or improve reporting.
